Built in a burst of inspired creativity a thousand years ago from 950 AD by the Chandela Rajputs, they are a testament to the craftsman's artistry and to a vision of life that was full of joy. You also visit Orchha, a medieval city which has been bypassed by time and remains untouched by modern development. Here the Bundela Rajputs have left behind a marvellous legacy in stone: beautiful palaces, temples and chhatris.

Full Day Delhi sight seeing overnight hotel

Day 3

Depart for Jhansi by Shatabdi Express (1030 hrs.).Transfer by road to Orcha. Sight seeing. Overnight: Betwa Resort/Sheesh Mahal.

Day 4

Depart for Khajuraho. Sightseeing in the evening.

Overnight: Holiday Inn

Day 5

Sightseeing in the morning. Depart for Bandhavgarh Lodge at National Park. Overnight Jungle lodge.
